Qn; What is the difference between KOpen solutions, open-sms, smsmania?
 
An: smsmania was the first domain that I used and the url was http://smsmania.it.tc . It was a free domain I registered and later decided to buy the domain smsmania.com. Unfortunatly it was already registered and after going through various domain I ended up with open-sms.net. KOpen came in later to make the trade mark a little different because there is another business out there operating as open soluions. The domain however remains the same open-sms.net.
 
Qn: I have failed to send sms.
 
An: This is very common however I will ask you to make sure the network codes are used correctly and minding all the neccessary details like international number formats etc.
 
Qn: When I send my sms it takes long to get delivered, whats wrong?
 
An: Currently we are using one server and because of network conjestion some sms may not be delivered instantly. For those messages that can't access the server a cron daemon keeps trying to resend them until when it succeeds usually minutes after initial sending.
 
Qn: Can I get ringtones to my phone through sms?
 
An: Currently the technology that is in place does not allow you to receive ringtones directly on your mobile however I will assure you that we are spending sleepless nights on that one and very soon you will have these tones and logos direct on your phone. 
 
Qn: Can I be part of KOpen Solutions?
An: Yes! I am more than happy to work with anyone who may have ideas on how to make KOpen a better experience to the users.
 
Qn: I have a small business that requires web presence. How much does that cost.
